BOAVIDA Stationery ( hereinafter referred to as “the store” ) is a retail venture dedicated to the sale of creative stationery products, operating exclusively through online sales.
The products offered through this section of the website are intended exclusively for end consumers residing outside the Argentine Republic.
The information available in this section (including product descriptions, indicative prices, purchasing conditions, shipping information, and frequently asked questions) is provided for pre-purchase informational purposes only.
Browsing the website does not imply the execution of a purchase and sale contract, nor does it constitute an automatic reservation of products.
Purchases are not completed automatically through the platform, but are instead managed in a personalized and direct manner via WhatsApp or email.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
International shipments will currently be made only to countries within the American continent (North – Central – South) and the European continent.
The store reserves the right to reject or cancel orders when the destination country presents legal, customs, logistical, or commercial restrictions that prevent the proper dispatch of the product.
PURCHASE METHOD
To initiate a purchase, the interested party must contact the store directly through the available communication channels, such as private messaging, email, or other indicated means.
Through these channels, product availability, final purchase amount, international shipping costs, payment methods, and estimated preparation and dispatch times will be handled on an individual basis.
A purchase will be considered formally confirmed only when:
The customer has expressly accepted the information set forth in our terms and conditions, full payment has been made within 24 hours from the moment the payment link was provided, and the payment has been effectively credited to the store’s bank account.
Until all of the aforementioned conditions have been met, BOAVIDA Stationery shall not assume any obligation regarding reservation, production, assembly, or shipment of the order.
CURRENCY AND PRICING
The prices published on the website are indicative only, as purchases are managed on a personalized basis.
Product prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD). The final purchase amount will be communicated and confirmed to the customer prior to payment and will include only the cost of the product and international shipping.
The customer expressly agrees that such amount does not include: taxes, duties, or customs fees in the destination country, local administrative charges, bank fees, payment platform commissions, or any potential exchange rate differences applied by financial institutions or payment processors.
Any additional charges applied by third parties shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The store reserves the right to modify prices and update quotations in the event of currency fluctuations, logistical changes, or cost variations, as well as to cancel any quotations that have not been paid within the indicated time frame.
The price shall be considered final and valid only once the quotation has been accepted, full payment has been made, the payment receipt has been submitted within the established period, and the payment has been duly credited.
PAYMENT AND FUNDS CLEARANCE PROCESS
Payment for the products must be made exclusively through the payment methods indicated at the time of purchase. The store does not accept partial payments or unpaid reservations, unless there is a prior written agreement.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that the order will be considered valid and confirmed only once the amount has been effectively credited to the store’s account.
Until such credit has been duly confirmed, no products will be reserved, no production, assembly, or order preparation will be initiated, and no dispatch will be carried out.
Funds clearance times may vary depending on the payment method used, the financial institution or intermediary platform, the country of origin of the transaction, and any security, verification, or fraud prevention controls that may be applied.
The store shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or holds in the payment process caused by third parties.
In the event that payment is not credited, is rejected, held, or reversed for any reason, the store reserves the right to cancel the transaction, void the quotation, and release the stock or product availability, without giving rise to any right of claim by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched through DHL courier services via international shipping services.
Once the preparation process has been completed, the store will proceed with dispatch within its usual operational timeframes. At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with the available tracking information, when permitted by the contracted service.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, and that transit times depend exclusively on the courier or shipping service, the destination country, and the corresponding customs controls.
Once the order has been dispatched, the risk related to the product is transferred to the buyer, and the store will have no control over the route, timelines, or handling of the shipment. Consequently, the store shall not be responsible for delivery delays, customs holds, losses, theft, or damage occurring during transit, nor for errors or failures on the part of the courier or shipping service.
In the event of any issues arising during shipment, the customer must submit any claims directly to the carrier, in accordance with its policies and terms.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer acknowledges and agrees that all international purchases are subject to the customs, tax, and regulatory regulations of the destination country.
In this regard, shipments may be subject to customs inspections, documentary verification, temporary holds, and the application of taxes, duties, tariffs, or administrative charges.
All taxes, duties, tariffs, customs charges, handling costs, storage fees, or any other amounts required by the authorities of the destination country or by third parties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The store has no control over or involvement in customs processes, cannot guarantee the release of the shipment, and cannot intervene in the timelines, costs, or decisions adopted by the competent authorities.
The buyer is responsible for informing himself in advance about the import conditions in force in his country, providing complete and accurate information for dispatch, and complying with the requirements imposed by local authorities. Failure to pay taxes, duties, or customs charges, as well as non-compliance with such requirements, shall not be considered valid grounds for requesting cancellation of the purchase or a refund of the amount paid.
FAILURE TO COLLECT, REJECTION, OR NON-PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS CHARGES
In the event that the customer fails to collect the package within the timeframes established by the postal or courier service, rejects delivery of the order, fails to pay the taxes, duties, customs fees, or administrative charges required by the authorities of the destination country, does not complete the procedures, verifications, or formalities required by local customs, or provides incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information for dispatch, the shipment may be held, returned to the sender, deemed abandoned, destroyed by the competent authority, or even lost during the process, without any liability on the part of the store.
In such cases, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the store shall not be responsible for the situation arising, that no full or partial refund of the amount paid shall be applicable, and that any costs associated with shipping, return, storage, or destruction of the package shall not be reimbursed.
LOSS, DAMAGE, OR DELIVERY DELAYS
Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the international postal or courier service, the store has no control over the transportation, handling, or delivery times of the shipment.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that international shipments may experience delays, holds, losses, theft, or damage during transit, and that such situations are beyond the store’s control and responsibility.
Accordingly, BOAVIDA Stationery shall not be liable for the total or partial loss of the shipment, damage incurred during transportation, delivery delays, or changes in the shipment status resulting from customs or logistical controls.
Any claim related to the shipment status must be handled directly by the customer with the corresponding postal or courier company, in accordance with its policies, terms, and deadlines. In the event that the transportation service offers insurance, indemnification, or compensation, any potential recovery of amounts shall be subject exclusively to the conditions established by such provider, without the store assuming any additional obligation.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of international sales, the costs associated with shipping, and the artisanal characteristics of the products, exchanges and returns are not accepted, except in the cases expressly set forth in this section.
Claims will be accepted only when the product presents manufacturing defects attributable exclusively to the store.
Variations inherent to artisanal work, minor differences in color, texture, or finish, differences in perception regarding the published images, or normal wear and tear resulting from improper use of the product shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
For a claim to be evaluated, the customer must contact the store within a period of up to ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the order and provide clear and sufficient evidence of the alleged defect (photos and videos). The evaluation and any potential acceptance of the claim shall be at the sole discretion of BOAVIDA Stationery.
Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted due to shipping delays, customs holds, failure to pay local taxes or fees, failure to collect or rejection of the package, or the customer’s subjective dissatisfaction.
CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Once the order has been placed, the customer may request cancellation only while it has not yet been entered into the courier or logistics company’s system.
If the order has been paid for and the payment has been credited to the store’s bank account, and the customer decides to cancel the purchase due to a change of mind, any refund will be issued solely for the amount effectively received, less any handling fees, commissions, and financial costs applied by payment platforms, banking institutions, or other financial intermediaries.
Given that these are international shipments, once the order has been entered into the logistics company’s system or dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled or modified, as the shipment will be under the exclusive management of the transportation company.
By placing the order, the customer declares having read, understood, and accepted these conditions, and waives any claim, refund, or compensation once the logistics process has begun.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind that may arise as a result of the use of, inability to use, delays in, or unavailability of the purchased products.
The store’s liability is limited exclusively to the fulfillment of the obligations expressly assumed under these Terms and Conditions.
Under no circumstances shall the store be liable for the customer’s subjective expectations regarding the products, for improper, incorrect, or unintended use thereof, for decisions made by the customer based on their use, for damages caused by third parties, or for delays, losses, damages, or holds arising from transportation services or the intervention of customs authorities.
Should the store’s liability be determined, such liability shall be limited to the net amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs, taxes, administrative charges, and banking or payment processing fees.
The customer expressly agrees that this limitation of liability is reasonable, proportionate, and consistent with the nature of the products offered and the type of transaction carried out.
PRODUCT UNIT LIMITS
Purchases made through BOAVIDA Stationery are intended exclusively for end consumers and personal use; acquisition for resale, distribution, or commercial purposes is not permitted.
In order to preserve the above clause, the store establishes maximum unit limits per order and per customer. For most products, the purchase of up to two (2) identical units per model, design, or reference is permitted. In the case of specific products, such as planners and disc system refills, the purchase of up to four (4) units of the same model is authorized.
These limits apply per order, per customer, and per regardless of the destination country, the payment method used, or the communication channel employed to complete the transaction.
BOAVIDA Stationery reserves the right to reject, cancel, or adjust orders that exceed the established limits, as well as to consolidate orders placed by the same individual when an intention to circumvent these restrictions is detected. The store may also request additional information prior to confirming the order.
In the event that an order is cancelled due to non-compliance with this clause, the procedures set forth in the sections relating to payments, funds clearance, and refunds shall apply, and applicable administrative, financial, or handling costs may be charged.
ARTISANAL NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS
Artisanal character of the products:
All products offered by BOAVIDA Stationery are of an artisanal nature. They are designed, created, and produced through manual or semi-manual processes, encompassing the entire process from creative conception to final assembly.
Due to this process, each piece is unique and crafted with special attention to detail; therefore, minor variations may occur between products in aspects such as colors, textures, finishes, cuts, binding, printing, assembly, or other characteristics inherent to artisanal work.
These variations do not constitute defects or flaws, but rather inherent characteristics of artisanal products and form part of their distinctive value.
Availability and production times:

Language of written content:
Products that include printed, written, or incorporated text (titles, phrases, headings, sections, instructions, or other textual content) are offered exclusively in the Spanish language.
At this time, BOAVIDA Stationery does not provide translations or adaptations into other languages, nor does it offer alternative versions of the same product in languages other than Spanish.
The purchase of these products implies the express acceptance of the language in which they are produced and shall not constitute grounds for exchange, return, or any type of claim.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content present on this website and in materials associated with the BOAVIDA Stationery brand, including designs, texts, product descriptions, photographs, images, illustrations, videos, logos, trade names, trademarks, graphic pieces, templates, formats, product structures, downloadable content, and any other creative or informational material, is the exclusive property of the registered brand BOAVIDA Stationery or is used under the corresponding licenses and authorizations.
Such content is protected by intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws in force in the Argentine Republic, as well as by applicable international treaties.
Access to the website and the viewing of its content do not grant the user any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercialize, or otherwise exploit such content, except with the express prior written authorization of the brand owner.
Use of the website content is permitted solely for personal and informational purposes related to the consultation of products and sales conditions.
Without prior written authorization from BOAVIDA Stationery, it is expressly prohibited: to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or use, in whole or in part, the website content; to use designs, ideas, formats, texts, or images for commercial or promotional purposes; to reproduce or imitate products, structures, systems, or creative proposals; to use the content on other websites, social media platforms, sales platforms, or advertising materials; or to register and use trademarks, names, designs, or distinctive signs that may cause confusion.
The purchase of physical products does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights over the designs, formats, or creative concepts incorporated therein, which are intended exclusively for the buyer’s personal use and may not be reproduced, copied, or commercialized. Any unauthorized use of protected content, designs, or materials may give rise to the corresponding legal actions, both civil and criminal, in accordance with applicable law and international treaties on intellectual property.
SALE EXCLUSIVELY TO END CONSUMERS (Resale Prohibition)
Papelería Boavida sells its products exclusively for personal use and to end consumers. It does not carry out wholesale sales, sales for resale, commercial distribution, corporate use, or any other use for commercial purposes, regardless of the quantity of products purchased or the country of destination.
The purchase of products does not grant authorization to resell, distribute, commercialize, reproduce, or use the products for commercial purposes, whether directly or indirectly, including physical stores, online platforms, social media, or any other channels.
Any order that, at the discretion of Papelería Boavida, shows indications of a commercial or resale purpose may be rejected, canceled, or voided, even if payment has already been made. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the applicable conditions, deducting any corresponding administrative and/or financial costs.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in the adoption of legal measures, including the suspension of future purchases.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Papelería Boavida does not produce customized or made-to-order products. All items offered correspond exclusively to the models, designs, and features available in the store, according to current stock or the regular restocking within the artisanal production process.
Requests for customization, modifications, adaptations, design changes, colors, formats, texts, or any other alterations to the products offered in the store are not accepted.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The store reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective upon their publication on the website or from the moment they are communicated through the usual contact channels, as applicable.
Purchases confirmed prior to the publication of any modifications shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase. Continued use of the website or the placement of orders after changes have been published implies acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any contractual, commercial, or legal relationship arising from the use of this website, the consultation of information, the placement of orders, and/or the purchase of products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Argentina, to the exclusion of any other laws that may otherwise apply.
In the event of any dispute, conflict, claim, or disagreement arising directly or indirectly from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the use of the website, the products offered, payments made, international shipments, or any other matter related to the relationship between the buyer and Papelería Boavida, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina, expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond due to present or future domicile or for any other reason.
The buyer acknowledges and expressly agrees that, even if residing outside the Republic of Argentina and even if the transaction is international in nature, the contractual relationship shall be deemed to have been entered into within Argentine territory, and shall therefore be fully subject to Argentine law and to the jurisdiction of the courts indicated above.
PRICES
The store reserves the right to modify prices and promotions at any time. Purchases will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
By completing the payment for the order, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted these
